Tejwant Singh Chhatwal, PhD is a qualified developmental psychologist and a scholar from Stanford University, specializing in Multiple Intelligence Practice; certified soft skill trainer by Carnegie Mellon University. He has conducted over 7200 workshops more than 1800 institutions. He has developed a diagnostic testing system to obtain a rich and descriptive understanding of a person’s Multiple Intelligences Analysis Tool. Mr. Chhatwal is a visiting faculty member to 36 universities across Asia, Australia and North America. He is involved with Stanford University and V Campus, Singapore for an off shore Holiday Camp for Gifted Children. Komal Anand has been a teacher since 1988, for primary students. Seeing her passion and interaction with young minds she was promoted as the coordinator and then the Head of Junior Wing, Vivek High School Chandigarh. After 15 wonderful and learning years she joined Yadavindra Public School, Mohali as the Head of Junior School. Her focus was to upgrade the overall teaching philosophy and practices of the school and focus on empowering the students and their holistic development. She also started the Kindergarten Wing at YPS. She achieved success in her mission.She is presently engaged with teachers on sharing best teaching practices. She has also authored a text book in English published by Orient Longman (now Orient Blackswan). She was a member of an Exchange between Punjab educators and Shropshire County, England.
Nicola Phipps, is a former BBC journalist who runs her own media and training consultancy in the UK. She has a distinguished track record in journalism, media training and educational innovation as well as close associations with UK journalism’s leading training and accreditation body, the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ) for whom she is an examiner. She has designed and delivered bespoke vocational training programmes in India, China and Africa as well as creating the award-winning “Classroom in the Newsroom” in the UK.
Dolly Chhatwal is an active member of Delhi Commonwealth Association and Delhi Ikebana. Lions International recognized her community service contribution with Melvin Jones Fellow (MJF) Award in the year 1996. Mrs. Chhatwal is actively involved through her work in the area of health-care in the slums of Delhi. She is a on the advisory board of Guru Harkrishan Public School, managed and run by Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee. She was running a beauty and wellness boutique parlors in 42 cities across India from 1984 to 1999.
Tejpal Bhatia after completion of his article ship in 1978, joined J.K. Synthetics Ltd and worked for five years. Thereafter he joined Parasrampuria Synthetics Ltd, with a single product company with a project outlay of Rs 5 Crores, but during his stint of thirteen years with Parasrampuria Synthetics Ltd, he assisted them to make it a multi-product and multi- location corporate group with a capital outlay of rupees 1500 Crore with plants at Rajasthan , MP , UP and Nagpur (Maharashtra). His area pf specialization is generating fund through banks, FDI, raising equity and debt from public through IPOs, rights issue and private placement.
Ruchi Mishra is a qualified a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) social work from Delhi University, Masters of Arts in Sociology from Himachal University, PGDMIRPM from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhavan, PGDM in Guidance and counselling from Delhi University. She started her career as a Medical Social Worker in the Department of Surgery, in the last 15 years of her professional journey, Ruchi has handled large projects at UNDP, UNHCR and various other projects sponsored by Government. Currently, she is responsible for new projects and sales at EEF.
